Perfect Moment

 

This rose is Perfect Moment.  She is a hybrid tea of German origin – parentage is New Day x Mercedes x Seedling.  She stands around three and a half feet tall with medium sized blooms of pink to red with gold.  She has won the American Rose Society’s All American Award.  Her scent is mild, but she more than makes up for it with her stunning bloom.

This rose lives in Hecate’s garden in the north quadrant.  She has taken to blooming under the last light of the full Mother moon.  This photo was taken yesterday just after the break of dawn.  She was a closed bud the night before.

This is but one manifestation of the grace of the Goddess.
